Hi everyone, I need help to develope a Web Page, I wonder if you can help me...

they told me its better if I start with HTML, any of you know how to use it, the instructions,etc?

Look for HTML tutorials on Google.

I can't give you any good links since I haven't used one in years...

Download Macromedia Dreamweaver, it's by far the best WYSIWYG editor around.

Thanks for asking Mr Dick Purple... well I would like to develope some web pages about Enviroment, Natural care, animal protection, and that kind of things, even when there are those institutions here, It would be really interesting to develope a colective conscience about it... oh and if I have some time, maybe some about GNR

....
