I dont think anyone really cares about GNR covers. I sure dont. Is anyone gonna buy this soundtrack so they can hear some lame rendition of that song?

hmm... even without a hornsection on it, GN'R's version sounded waaaay more ironic... Smiley

the SCOM intro in the middle of the song is really sad....

Just came back from the movie, it wasn't in there. Unless it played during the end credits........

Which isn't to say it's not on the soundtrack.....

Or even in the movie, 'cos I spent most of the time going, "Awww, man, this suuuuuuuuuuuuuuucks."

I don't particularly want to see this film. I'll listen to someone else's copy of the soundtrack if I wanna hear the atrocity that is a UTLH cover. rofl

I missed this post last month...
i just came across this info today on IMDB
i saw the movie but did not stay through the credits
It played during the creidts
when i read it on IMDB under Axl's profile i assumed it was performed by GN'R and was sorry i hadn't stayed through the credits for a nice surprise...
and I was surprised none of us posted about it (again, like I said - I missed the post)
but now that I've read it was done by another band...   and that it sucked...  *blech*  guess I didn't miss a thing afterall!

man, that sucks  -  it shoulda been the GN'R version!
that song fits perfectly with the movie, too  yes

oh well, seems Sanctuary is making back some of their 20 mil.  Grin
