Just a thought. As you listen to the MLK quotes in "Madagascar", the words "Leave me alone" are heard a few times. Maybe this was the original name of the song until it was changed to Madagascar? The same thing happened with "estranged." The working title was "Without You," until it was changed. Any thoughts?Huh?

It's possible, but reports *before* RIR III have the song called 'Madagascar', so I'd say that's always been the title. I can see where you're coming from, though...

Whenever it is finally released it will be interesting to see which of the song titles we've heard about all these years actually make the album.

i believe the MLK quote in Madagascar is "you promised never to leave me alone... no never"

and yes, it will be very interesting to see which titles from however far back are on the CD and guess about which ones may have been called something else that was a rumoured title

One that I really hope does not/has not changed is the title for "This I Love"
"This I Love" just has got to be "This I Love"!

Don't worry. 'This I Love' has been 'This I Love' for the past 12 or so years, I'm sure it won't change. That's what I understand....

Indeed!

I have always wondered if Axl would, after releasing CD, do an in depth interview with Kurt Loder.  He's one of the journalist that Axl still respects and I think if someone could ask some interesting questions it would be him.

In this way we, the fans, could maybe get some insight in the making of this album, a bit of history as you will: 'how did it all come together?', 'what ideas were scrapped?' etc.

In the same we might get some glimps of the future: 'what is still to come?', 'what can we still expect from this band?' etc.

I think this would be great from a PR point of view... beer
