I'm not sure what he said but Metallica has hated Axl for many years. I'm not sure why but it probably has to do with the fact that Axl blew them off the stage every night back in 1992.

Havent any of u noticed the Horns of Jealousy on Hetfield's fuckin head. Dont get me wrong it goes unsaid that Metallica is one of the greatest bands of all time. And u may disagree with me but GnR fuckin supassed them with two albums.
So I wouldnt be suprised if Hetfield feels a little stored up hatred for Axl. Besides, let us not forget that night when Hetfield got burned by the pyrotechnics and could no longer perform, then Axl leaves as well. I wouldnt be suprised it Metallica (Not counting lars) were still pissed about that night.
