The reason so-called 'celebs' get followed around is because their P.R. company has informed the press where they will be sighted... it's as simple and tacky as that. Be greatful Axl doesn't involve himself in circles such as that.

The worst thing is that they'll bitch about the gossip "papers" writing about them and once they stop, they'll complain about not being in them anymore....

It really doesn't bother me that Axl's not in the National Enquirer or whatever they papers are called.

but when he is on one, and we finaly got some real news, then we're all glad jarmo .... so don't diss these papers, cause we keep complaining about rumors and that we don't have real news....

also, axl is a public person, so by entering this life he made the choice to give away some of his private life ... thats the other side of the coin

yes i saw him in one show , he was signing a guitar , i also saw one of Slash and a stupid guy telling him that he was a fake Slash because the real one went with him to a gym and he knew him perfectly , the face of Slash is funny he was surpise .

Axl WAS  a celebrity and WAS a huge Rockstar. Now, the guy seems like burnt by this glory past, and ravaged by the pressure he had to live with during the 87-93 erea. This is the impression I have. Axl may re-become one of the most talked-person in the music industry if CD is released. But as soon as this dawn album won't be released, I don't see why paparazzi should track him.
