how much can you spend?
I'd go for an used fender presition, ibanez basses are really cool too

I guess around anything around $100-$500. i already have a ibanez bass the gsr 190 but i dont like it that much. The ibanez is nice but i was trying to go for other brands..

One of the best brands has to be fender, You can pick up a decent Fender P Bass for about ?300 so you should have a look at those
