It was a humourous first post, but it ain't me  I don't really think much about Chinese Democracy these days. Waste of time, to be honest, I'm not bothered anymore about waiting. Gn'R are and always will be my favourite band, but I hardly even listen to them. Spend most of my time listening to The Smashing Pumpkins or...whatever. When Chinese Democracy comes out, maybe I'll start with Appetite and work my way through to CD. That'd be a fantastic way to build the anticipation at the time, when it happens, but I don't really get very excited about it these days.

OK, lets try a day in the life of a GNR member. I'll start it off.

1. Get up, wash whilst humming (cos you don't know the lyrics yet) a track off CD

2. Hang around by the "Big shiny red phone" for Axl to give you the call, but after 2 years of nothing what do you expect?! (little do you know...your phone is unplugged and you are the reason CD is not out!) Before taking a shower, you make sure your bathroom isnt video monitered or bugged by Axl, so that you can sing songs off Contraband without getting sacked.

-Get up
-Check HTGTH for any news
-Get ready for work & go to the office
-Between work related stuff, periodically check HTGTH web site
-Go home, listen to GNR during the ride
- Eat Dinner
-Take a shit
- Go online again, perodically checking HTGTH in between porn sites
-Go to bed, convince the fiancee (succesfully or unsuccessfully) to make whoopee after getting exited from those porn sites.
-Go to sleep

5:30am~ wake up, get ready, go to school..

In School:
1st period~ math class.. just sit in the back corner all quiet w/ gnr playing in my head.. and i have the nickname "bucket" by a kid in that class cuz i dressed up as buckethead for halloween
2nd period~ british literature class.. teacher likes to talk for 40 mins straight (in a 45 min long period.. seriously) so i sleep w/ gnr blasting in my ears
3rd period~ free period.. bug my friend about gnr.. she HATES gnr but i still talk about gnr
4th period~ free period.. check htgth for new news, sleep w/ gnr blasting in my ears
5th period~ ap environmental science.. teacher's demented and i'm failing so i actually try to pay attention
6th period~ free period.. talk w/ my friend again
7th period~ great moral issues class.. sleep w/ gnr blasting in my ears
8th period~ free period.. check htgth for new news, sleep w/ gnr blasting in my ears
9th period~ micro biology.. sleep w/ gnr blasting in my ears

2:45pm~ come home and sleep w/ gnr blasting in my ears (seriously.. i sleep w/ my headphones on)
6:00pm~ wake up, and eat
6:45pm~ play computer game w/ gnr blasting in my ears (sound effects in the game suck donkey nuts)
10:00pm~ play ps2 games w/ gnr playing on the pc speakers (i actually need to hear some of the stuff for the ps2 games)
2:00am~ start homework w/ gnr blasting in my ears
3:00am~ go for a walk w/ gnr blasting in my ears
4:30am~ come home and go to sleep w/ gnr blasting in my ears
5:30am~ wake up, get ready, go to school and start the cycle all over again...

i'm surprised i'm not deaf yet..
