I was just wondering how can Slash, duff and gilby run so much and so far in the illusions tour without running out of cable or how can they hear what they are playing (do they had multiple monitor amps across all the stage?)

Also how does slash switches from dist to normal if he is always running, where is his pedal or switch?  I noticed on the Paris pay per view that during Double Talkin Jive slash just changes the pick up of his les paul from trebel to rythm and starts to sound clean. how is this possible?

Slash's tech switches everything for him off stage.  The only thing he controls onstage is the Wah.  And they use wireless transmitters instead of cables.

maybe sometimes, but defenetly not always, i've seen him racing slash across the stage, and throwing his 59' high up in the air, paris 92 and tokyo 92... can't do that shit with a cable... i think....

and i think they had monitors all the way out to the ends of the stage, anything else would be impossible i think....

I think the only time Gilby used a cable was when he used his red telecaster. On the Tokyo DVD during Dont Cry and Patience and another bunch of songs he doesnt go that far because he is using a cable.
