"I knew the storm was getting closer!"

First off, I'm not suggesting this to be fact or even rumor. I am simply asking if any of you think that GN'R might use Tommy or Dizzy (or maybe even Buckethead's...for those that still believe he'll still be along for the ride) solo tours to pull a "one off" gig to an unsuspecting club crowd?

I know they've played some warm up club gigs before the Illusion tour under a different guise in NY and LA (I believe) so if they wanted to do the same here, why not use one of the bands solo projects as the cover? You're bound to have a house that has a large majority of GN'R fans in it, no?

Just curious as to what you guys think is the potential for something like this to go down.

If they play with Tommy, Axl could get booed off stage cause there will be replacaments fans there too...

But if they do it with Dizzy's band, it could be cool I guess...

Hey, here's an offer for Axl. I could book a secret gig in Greece for you. It will be sold out.  Grin
