Yeah...it seems Oasis aren't the only people who rip off Pink Floyd and the Beatles...

Trying to download Let's all make believe but can't find it. Isn't that a b-side from the " Go let it out" single??

Anyway, this may sound crazy but as I was driving back home tonight and before I read this thread, I thought YGNR sounded a little bit like "Champagne Supernova". I can't play it now cause it's too late and I have visitors, but I will tomorrow.

Yeah Oasis definently sounds like they borrowed 1/2 beatles and 1/2 Pink F. Very similiar to the VR were as they borrow 1/4 Pink , 1/4 Beatles, 1/4 Guns, 1/4 Stp.

But I think Oasis and VR do make some powerful rock songs that have more to them then distorted guitars

Hell yeah. I know every loves Duff as do I, but Deacon is probalby the most creative and best bass player in rock. He came up with great riffs, (Under Pressure) and I think the best bass riff ever ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST. Hell yeah not to mention May and Mercury. The only band I put up there with GnR is Queen.

Im a huge Queen fan too. Deacon is definately in my top 3 bass players, probably only behind John Entwistle of The Who. Brian is my 2nd fav guitarist as well.

God I hope they don't reunite with George Michael singing....

Yeah I like John E. It was sad the way he died. I am hoping THE WHO tours one more time in the US so I can see whats left. They were incredible too. No I think the members of Queen have enough money and want to stay on their highmark. If they toured with george micheal it would be horrible. Fred was a Great Gay Frontman. George is just Gay.

I saw The Who a month after John died. Amazing show... hope they tour with VR.

No shame in how he died. He went out "shaggin his balls off with 3 strippers in Vegas on an eight ball of coke" as Daultrey reported... no shame in that..

thats so fuckin rock n roll.

Yeah he was with strippers. Just should of took the coke a lil easy. Then he could of been on tour and still alive. You dont expect rock stars to overdose in the late years during reunion tours.

But atleast he got his rocks off!!!  beer
