I have no idea if this is remotely true (the Euro tour)...but I'd add there may be a reason they delayed the announcement (if there was one planned) yesterday:
AC/DC announced their US tour dates.
They may not have wanted to step on toes, given that.
Have you noticed how many of the AC/DC tour articles mention Axl?

In the run up, I had even read some speculation he might join them for the tour.
Articles like this:

If you look on Google, some stories appear to be recent, but they end up being years old when you click on them
