Here Today...

I signed up to Nightrain to get access to the presale.  I'm from the UK and planning to travel to the NJ show.  I'm disabled and ideally need accessible tickets.  However, ticketmaster won't let me book either accessible or non-accessible tickets.  The UK customer service direct me to the US customer service, who tell me it can only be booked online, but that's proving impossible.  Emails are going unanswered.  I don't want to wait until they go on general sale as if I have the same problems then, I'm screwed.  It's seriously driving me absolutely mental.  Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Someone in a similar position had to call Ticketmaster and book the tickets.

I've tried that and the automated message says the tickets can only be booked online!  Arrghhhh....

I booked tickets from UK. I used my phone rather that laptop (which wouldn't work)

Try typing the code in rather than copy & paste.

Thanks for that...it has helped (slightly), but now my phone's saying there are no tickets that match any description to be had!  Is the pre-sale sold out?  Technology, man. Sad

Don't know if this will help you but the Live Nation pre-sale is tomorrow. 
That 10AM converts to 3PM for the UK (I think).
