In light of the LA Times article which now says that Beta is the head of Axl's management team, I think a congratulations is in order.  I for one think it is great that GNR is now going to have representation that has the current bands best interests at heart and is not going to try to force a reunion.  Having a manager that is trying to force something that Axl wants no part of is counterproductive, and probably really slowed the band down and caused a lot of complications behind the scenes.  I think this is a great thing for the future of Guns N Roses.  So congrats to Beta, Fernando and Vanessa!

Beta should've given Axl an ultimatum like this years ago. You know he'll listen to her. No way will he hire another manager cause she would quit and we all know how important Beta and her kids are to Axl.

best thing that could ever happen to THE REAL Guns N' Roses in years.

this will prevent the band to be dismantled to create another one for a couple of shows and then ruin it all for everybody.

Now with the band being managed by familiar hands, I REALLY can smell a new album in the air. Now I can really see a bright future.

Go Beta! I'm with you. So do all the real GNR fans! Congratulations!

Good lord man, its not that dire!

The best thing management can do for Axl, Slash, Tommy, DJ, Steven, Dizzy, Chris etc. is let them do whatever they want to do!  If Axl decides he doesn't want to play with the original band, that is up to him.  If the original band deciders its a good idea then great, it will be awesome.  If they decide its not a good idea, then more power to them.  Life is not so black and white, its just music.  I am glad that all members of GNR are still making music.

Having dealt with the death of some one close to me at a much too young age I realize that life is too short for this bullshit.  Do what you want to do, have fun with life.

Jim Valvano said it best "To me, there are three things we all should do every day. We should do this every day of our lives. Number one is laugh. You should laugh every day. Number two is think. You should spend some time in thought. And number three is, you should have your emotions moved to tears, could be happiness or joy. But think about it. If you laugh, you think, and you cry, that's a full day. That's a heck of a day. You do that seven days a week, you're going to have something special."

Good luck Axl, I wish you the best!

I don't know that congrats is the right word.  I think Beta had other plans for her life that she was working towards.  I'm glad she decided this is where she wanted to be.  Thank you Beta.

there are one million examples of artists doing things they dont want to because of their manager's decision.
