Go to their website and look at the list of voters for this thing. It's mostly other musicians so you can't totally blame Rolling Stone.

According to that list they had "Crazy" by Gnarls Barkley at #1 for the decade... "Moment of Surrender" is at 36, I think they just had U2's album listed as best of the year.
