This has just come into my head that CD is being released on the 23rd in America anyway(thank god for Ireland releasing it earlier), and "The Spagetti incident ?" was released on the 23rd of November. And Live Era was released on the 23rd of November. Is there something in this or it is just a strange coincidence about the date ?

Well, Axl started writing November Rain no later than 1983 according to Tracii Guns, so maybe something happened to him when he was growing up on 11/23.

It's the beginning of the best shopping period in America (Thanksgiving through Christmas). |

The day is also the day Freddie Mercury of Queen announced he had AIDs, and he died within 24 hours of this announcement
It is also the same day that (in 1971) that the representatives of the People's Republic of China first attended the United Nations, including the United Nations Security Council, as China's representatives so thats a connection with the album I guess.
