Yea, that was the time Axl was with Baz and Axl told Howard about his 24 hour girlfriend rule  .

This was definitely the first time Axl and Howard spoke. Howard was not even in L.A. yet and was telling him that he listens to Appetite once a day.

I haven't heard the Axl part yet, I'm still listening to last weeks shows.  BUT, I know the History of Howard Stern part 2 takes place from 85-90, so it's most likely from 1988 or so.
