'The Blues' isn't on the tracklisting for Chinese Democracy!! Unbelievable! Unless it's changed name?

I've been haring on about that song and how great it is to everyone for ages. PLEASE don't let it me lost! It really is fantastic.

Anyone know what happened to it?
