I'm pretty sure theres a typo somehwere in there.......it says the year is 1985

It's a cassette tape. It's not Rare. I have both UYI 1 & 2 on cassette.
It's not worth anything....maybe 1 cent.

It is impossible for this album to be made in 1985 anyway.

Hmm I'm actually more shocked about the two people who haven't gotten the "joke" of the original poster, moreso than of this super rare cassette tape.
