I Am Inconquerable

« on: June 08, 2008, 09:29:54 PM »

First of all I have to say that the opening band Crash Kelly is sick! I bought their new CD "One More Heart Attack" at the show and it's just awesome!

Of course Gilby melted all our faces with a spectacular show! The place was not packed but it was a very special show for everyone in attendance, very interactive. Here is the setlist:

Brown Sugar
Motorcycle Cowboy
Black
30 Days in Hole
With A Little Help From My Friends
It's So Easy
Cure Me or Kill Me...
Knocking On Heaven's Door
Be Yourself
Dead Flowers / Used To Love Her
Kick Out The Jamz
Tijuana Jail

I took pictures with Crash Kelly members and Gilby's bassist Muddy. I also have a cool picture of me in front of Gilby on stage.

BUT the best part of the night is when I met Gilby after the show and talked a few minutes. Gilby signed all four of my CD's which is fucking awesome!!!

EVERYONE do yourselves a favor and go see Gilby Clarke live!!!

Sounds like a good show. I'm going to see him here in Edmonton next week.  So no "Skin and Bones", I rather have that With A Little Help From My Friends.Maybe if I request enough he'll play it ,  Grin

Thanks for the setlist.

Books are useless! I only ever read one book, ?To Kill A Mockingbird,? and it gave me absolutely no insight on how to kill mockingbirds.
