^ It's not on a single, it's a bonustrack on either the Japanse or Europe version of the JJH album (I think it was Japanese). There it was listed as track # 6 between Bucket O Trouble and Train Tracks.
Came Unglued and Got Away are both awesome tracks.. especially Came Unglued which shoulda been on the album imo.

The Europe version got "Got Away". The Japanese version got "How Much". Also Got Away was on the "Shuffle It All" single, only the U.K version tho.....
