I don't know, to every person there's a different meaning.  To me, it's kind of like telling the tyrants the "illusion of freedom" they impose on their citizens is like masturbation.  It's basically empty and void of meaning.  There's no connection to reality.  Yes, you rule, but eventually your corrupt regime is exposed for what it really is...unjust.  In time, it will be exposed...hence, the Great Wall rots.  The great symbol of government power rots.

pretty cool stuff.  lyrics can be tough to decipher, especially when they are written in such a "stream of consciousness fashion."  It's kick-ass stuff.
