I'm just curious if someone has any info about these. And btw. judging by the quality I think these photos might be taken from a video.. or from a very bad scanner ok

Doesn't matter, it's sad to see Slash playing in some small coffee house (or where ever it is) regardless of when it was taken.  Unless this pre dates Appetite which it definetly doesn't.

I dunno man, if it was taken in '95 then GNR wasn't doing too well in popularity.  Seeing this picture makes me bummed-out because it's like looking into a world that has forgotten bad ass rock.

Well, the world has forgotten that, lol.  But it's not like this picture signifies that.  I mean, the coolest thing in the world is seeing your stars in a small, intimate setting.  He was still pretty popular then, and even to this day remains a well known figure.
