I was listening to the local classic rock 105.3 WRLO here in central Wisconsin, when they announce a new GNR song, and holy shit, it's SOD! Gave me the chills to hear new GNR on the classic rock station, and it's the perfect choice of song for that venue. The DJ, Duff Damos sang it some mighty praises. Good stuff, mofos! beer

A couple of hours ago i heard 'There was a time' on planet rock radio in the UK. They said that was the first of 4 GN'R songs they'd be playing over the next few hours (i got the impression 4 new songs). They also said that December will be 'GN'R month' on their station, they'd be featuring competitions to win 'Chinese Democracy' goodies, playing live material (probably old lineup as they mentioned from Japan), featuring a programme about the making of Chinese Democracy, Duff would be presenting a show.....and our old friend Mick Wall would be doing a GN'R programme.....so doesn't sound any official, or new or exclusive stuff, but they are certainly playing GN'R on their station to celebrate the album's release.

I suspect once The Blues gets introduced to the radio there is going to be a whole other take on this album.  It's a toss up between that and Madagascar but I think both of them have mass appeal.

Darn that station is a little too far north for me. I listen to the Madison stations.
