I was talking to Ron mostly about his solo stuff, I did ask him how Axl's doing as a joke, he answered with a big smile"GOOD" it was funny

Ron/Frank live in NY State I believe.

Ron lives in NJ and Frank is from NY so not much to speculate about there.
