If ever a series needed a total reboot its Star Trek
Yeah, because the general public is just calling out for
The Further Adventures Of Characters We Don't Care About. It's a cult/geek franchise which survives on the bloated wallets of the fans they already have, who flock to every
new iteration. If the public weren't interested in the characters the first time around why would they now flock to the franchise to see
Star Trek's Animal House: Lil' Spock?!
I'll bet my ass that this reboot is a one-off, completely failing to revive the franchise and encouraging Paramount to "retire" it yet again. Until the next executive suite cull, that is.
