It's a highly emotional song for him.? I don't believe he's performed it since the death of Shannon Hoon, a very close friend of his who also did background vocals on the studio track and at a few concerts back in the day.
ok I understand that he's a very emotional guy. I have the concert in Chicago 92 when the both of them performed that song.
