Live Updates Fascination

I've stopped reading the live-show update threads in real time.  Now, I just look the next day.  I just don't get the people who weren't at the show, and see the same setlist for the 100th time who say "Wow, what an amazing night!"  Um....why was it an "amazing" show?  Because a band is performing?  Sad to say, I just don't get it anymore, and I've become indifferent.

I'm only hoping we get some bit of info as to how long it will take them to finish mixing, and whatever else there is yet to be done.

Still mixin'? i hope they finished mixin' a few months ago

How they perform is more interesting than what they play.

it is fun we like gnr and something to do with other gnr fans so we like it

It's a great feeling to cheer for a band and board mates at the show live with other nuts from all over the world.
a sense of solidarity is there, which is, yeah just virtual but otherwise we will never able to be all together at a show so...

well i know for those of us who have been fans of the band since the illusion days and before....GNR playing any type of concert is still a HUGE deal...at least for me.....we had 8 years of no concerts...just seeing them active is great...and thats why I check the updates....

that is true.. with the live updates.. there's a sure axl sighting.. and to be honest.. the last 15 years have had more christ sightings in potato chips and more elvis sightings then axl sightings...
