I would guess late '91 or early '92 but since it seems to be outside, maybe it's from the summer 92. Because he has not beard in it and he had beard from april to june that year.

I think it maybe from a show in Italy in 1992. If I am wrong I stand corrected.

if its from gnrfrance, it's probably the 92' Hippodrome in paris show.  The dates would make sense, he would have just shaved his beard off..

Although he seems to be wearing that Tie Dye UYI shirt, which i don't recall him wearing in paris..
