You can try using ''IMTOO DVD RIPPER''. It will rip you the whole dvd into one big mpeg file, and after that you can cut the song that you want.

cheers, i'll see if that works. the problem i've been having is that whatever program i've used it records from the first song of the actual concert and i am unable to bring up the dvd menu to get the audio on that.

no joy with that, just starts playing the concert without the option to go to the menu. just like a couple of other programs i've tried. thanks for the suggestion though.

A stand-alone audio CD recorder would work.

Download audacity and record the sound while watching the DVD menu.

A very simple method. At least it should work.

You can try using ''IMTOO DVD RIPPER''. It will rip you the whole dvd into one big mpeg file, and after that you can cut the song that you want.

ImToo DVD Audio Ripper automatically detects the music used in the menues, and you just need to uncheck all the tracks and just rip the audio from the menu.

That program rules! The only bad thing I see in ImToo Audio Ripper is that you cannot rip the audio from a single vob vile (without ifo's, bup's, etc)
