fuckin' A dude same here.  i loved when he and bucket were the freaky ones in GNR.  I only wish people didnt complain their asses off that when they saw them.  seriously those days were awesome.

Yeah those were the best days of GN'R in my opinion.  I'll always support them, but with Buckethead and crazy ass lookin Finck, they were a one of a kind looking band.

As much as I love Bucket, I prefer the sound mix nowadays. It sounds more guitar driven in the rhythm IMO.

Anyways, loved the pics. Would love to hear something from that time...

Robin changes every so often, I think that's great- I was so relieved when the emo zombie from 2002 was gone.

Finck's the man, lookin coo in the old pics...but the NIN's look was his all time best.? I hate goth, but that look combined with Buckethead was great.? Still liking the beard, long hair tho, but NIN look is better!

The game is over and it's robins, chriss and ours.

Both robins image changes (always)and Chris are cool. I think they are true to their current selves.
The attempts to piss on fans by being biased toward Chris and against the other band member are so uncool.

these pictures are from the late 1980s early 1990s.   By the time he joined NIN in 1994, he had that gothic look you speak of.

nah dude i PREFER his beard... i'm talking about the the douche bags that went absolutly crazy when they saw finck's goth look and ripped into him for it, never giving him a single chance to prove himself, only moaning about how gnr doesn't have leather jackets and slash anymore.

I like his look back then. He looks good now, too, but I'm not too keen on the Charles Bukowski look. But I'm just glad he doesn't have the goth style anymore. Although his Clockwork Orange droog suit may have been pretty cool in another band.

Not saying anything about his musical ability, but I've always disliked how Finck pulls his big costume changes every so often.? I wish he wouldn't try to be so image driven.? It keeps me from feeling like I ever really know who Robin is.? I wish he'd just be himself... dude who rocks his guitar.? He doesn't need to go on Extreme Makeover:? Guitarist Edition to win anyone's respect.
