Personally,by common sense I have come to the assumption that Axl originally intended to release BETTER,IRS,CATCHER,SILKWORMS,TWAT,MADDY,and all the internet leaks as actual songs back between 1999-2003 when Buckethead and others were around. Now-I'm really feeling strong that he may keep 2 of those songs on the album just because Chinese Democracy is the self titled and Better is known on the radio, but his singles may be stuff we haven't heard yet. I have heard of rumor tracks named..Suckerpunched,Prostitute,General,Thyme,Seven,Cock-a-roach Soup,Today Tommorrow Forever and more. It only makes sense to me that IRS,TWAT and the others are gonna be only bonus tracks at most! Think of Shadow of your Love,Cornshucker, November Rain and more were all made before Appetite but none actually released on the album itself? The new songs we know all make great singles and music but I don't think Axl is just gonna release the album with all of fans and listeners having already heard 75%  of the songs, just doesnt m,ake sense? Sorry but alot of the tracks we know will most likely not be on Chinese Democracy maybe on a bonus track section or seperate disc but does everyone agree?

It's entirely possible - but at the same time, I'd doubt he would perform them live if they weren't going to be on the album.

Look at "Silkworms" - it was dropped after 2001, and we know that it won't be on the album.

Silkworms won't be on the album, it's been reworked and renamed and will probably be on the second one.

I'd worry about the album itself before mentioning the word "bonus".

IRS and Better have been getting rave reviews from rolling stone so I doubt he wont keep those on....Chinese Democracy is an obvious one...and I also think the blues, Twat and Maddy will be on there....Axl pretty much confirmed Maddy will be on there at the Michael J Fox benefit...when he referred to sampling Fox's voice from the movie "causualties of war" for a "Song on the next album" which is maddy...remember we also havent heard ANY finshed version of these songs....so we really havent heard anything yet...

I agree, BUT they performed "Back off Bitch", "Don't Cry", and "Knockin On Heaven's Door" long before they were released back in the day.  But I would think that the new songs they've played semi-regularly would be on the new album.
