For any of you in Atlantic Canada, I just saw a commercial for "Live at 5" on ATV tonight (Feb.22). There's a story about how to become a rock star or something like that. They show clips of the GNR concert from November and the Stones concert last summer. They say they'll be interviewing people and it shows a clip with an interview of I think it's Ice Cube. Anyway, I doubt there'll be any interviews with Axl or any of the rest of the band for that matter. And if there are, they'll probably be from November, but I just figured I'd post this on the off chance there are some interviews or concert footage.

yeah man I saw that yesterday (the commercial).

It showed a pro shot clip of Axl singing live that wasn't released before.
But I don't think it has any sound. It showed Mick singing afterwards.

I remember "How To Be A Rockstar" and 5 O' Clock.

Thanks for the heads up dude. I doubt there'll be interviews with the band, but if they even show concert footage for a second that will be enough for me to watch it ?Grin

Yeah, I saw this too...it had footage of Axl at the Metro Centre in November...I highly doubt they will have a interview with him...he will probably be only made as a reference point.

Yeah it was pro-shot and I saw a couple seconds but not the full thing- I was walking by the TV and just caught a glimpse of Axl- which isn't very common- and then watched the rest of it.

"How to be a Rockstar" comes on in 10 minutes here.

I don't remember the commercial saying anything about live at 5.
(when I said it was coming up in 10 mins I meant the news channel live at 5)


But whatever day it comes on- it is on at 5 o clock. I remember that.

Oh, and I seen the preview on CTV.

Yeah, just two short clips of GN'R were shown. It would be nice to have access to the footage they shot.
