tracker.gunsnroses.us seems very unpredictable in terms of speed.  I'm in the UK and obviously tracker is based in the USA, the other day I torrented manchester, took a whole morning but the files sure went faster than the 2 files from newcastle I downloaded earlier, they alone took 3 and 1/2 hours!  Was it because of how busy the torrent was ie seeders?  I also downloaded another newcastle file but it strangely had a fuzzy sound bug and played fast forwarded only.  Need advice!

speed all depends on your firewall/router, seeds and peers. more seeds the better, that = faster speeds.

Its very hard to explain all the reasons why a torrent is not running at a ''good'' speed. The biggest reason could be the number of peers (leechers/seeders), but firewalls, your internet connection speed, and a proper configuration are other variables.
