Well at least we can just about put the Super Bowl and now Grammy speculation to rest.

I guess the only date we have to focus on now is the " tentative" date given to us by Axl.

Who needs to waste their time waiting for GN'R to magically appear when THE POLICE are playing! 

Well ok, they're playing, but there were definitely at least 2 background voices going 'Roxaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaane'...and Andy Summers was only at his mic for half of it and Stewart wasn't singing...so technically I just witnessed 'partially pre-recorded history'.

 

Edit - to whoever felt the need to say 'The Police suck', I also thought John Mayer ripped that blues solo...and Christina Aguilera sang her ass off...I think her and Axl need to duet since Robin and Richard already have 'Beautiful' nailed....there's a couple other opinions of mine I'm sure you'll disagree with

i think the slash mention had to do with him giving s donation of some sort...i wasnt paying a lot of attention though.

That "blonde bitch" just won a grammy.  She won American Idol a couple years back and she was romantically linked to Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo this year.  I'm kind of ashamed I know THAT much about her.  Not a fan, but she is kinda hot, I'll give her that.

Hell yeah. Just like that writing-less britney piece of a**, I'd work them both over no doubt. 

funny, after that, a real musician came on. a black jazz artist. if we could have only been a fly on the wall in his mind as she accepted that award and 'thanked the writers.'

they do suck but the beatles are the most overrated.
