Has anybody seen this blog?

Holy crap!

The blog is actually really good, and quite extensive.

This kid went apeshit in the middle of the RE boom and tried to make a fast buck, failing miserably. It's quite the story.

"I'm a 24 yr old real estate investor from Sacramento CA. After going to a few seminars I bought 8 houses in 8 months in 4 states with no money down looking to fix 'n flip. I made some mistakes and fell flat on my face with millions in debt and facing foreclosure. Trying to avoid foreclosure, sell quickly, repay everyone, and blog my lessons to help others in trouble. Comments welcome!"

Edit: Oops..maybe I should put the link in the post...

1. His story shows what went wrong with the housing market in certain localities. I say, tough luck (having been burned by the tech stock collapse in 2001). I have no sympathy.
2. Hey SLCPUNK, how did you get that cool pic of my bud George inserted with your on-screen profile? I want to do something cool like that but don't know how.  Smiley

This comment sums it up pretty well:

"I?ve saved your blog in my favorites. This is like a car accident in which the car has flipped over, all lanes are blocked, and the 5-0 has to bring in the jaws of life. Such good entertainment that you can?t keep your eyes of off."

I can't stop reading this!!!

He certainly was foolish, but I won't beat the guy when he's down. He's in some serious trouble.

This happened to an ex of mine.  Very scary stuff!

He too, bit off more than he could chew doing this and wound up with ruined credit and bankruptcy.

At Wat-Ever, 24 isn't that young to be married.  No reason to be calling names.

Well glad to know you think 90% of marriages of 10 years or less in this world belong only in "trailer parks" in your mind.

Thanks for telling us, really.  I'll make sure not to make the mistake of going out and getting married just yet just because you think it's "trashy."

Unfortunately someone will make a killing out of this. I predict a mass repo on UK Houses in 12-18 months time. The banks are offering 4times joint salary mortgages. The bank of England continues to raise interest rates. People who have borrowed without fixed terms or those terms have expired could be paying alot extra per month and simply will not be able to make the repayments because they have over extended themselves.

At that time I will prob buy a couple of places at rock bottom prices and rent them out.  Im sorry but sometime you have to take advantage of someone elses misfortune.

24 is too young to be married or to be a  millionaire. The guy should learn from his lessons and stop trying to retire at 30. Get a real job and work all your life until the company fires you at 50, you lose your pension, the govt  has no money to pay social  securitiy, and medicare  is  broke so you get no  health care. You suffer and ignore the pain. Then you can eat dog food and listen to your gnr albums all you want.

The guy did a lot of things wrong besides listen to bullshit seminar sales pitches.

He bought properties sight unseen, bought at the top of the market, and thought he could get something for nothing.

I've read his blog in detail, the guy has learned nothing. He still is thinking he can pull some hat trick out of his pocket at the last minute and save his ass. It ain't gonna happen.

I'm curious to see if he is going to end up in jail for mortgage fraud. Many of the things are pretty common these days (claiming a home as your primary residence), but may not matter as long as the home is not foreclosed on.

His wife needs to divorce him ASAP before she has her life ruined by this moron.
