Are the any substitute workouts for the dealift ? The gym in my apartment complex doesnt have a bench press bar.

Not really. The deadlift is so fundamental, there really is no true replacement. Bent over rows can be nice, and squats work out damn near everything, but there is no substitute for the deadlift.
