Hi

Does anybody have a good liver version of this track? It is so cool and I just wanted to see how it had evolved since the demo.

Cheers

Search for the boots of the first warm up show May 12, 2006 or Madrid 2006. It has been only played live on these two concerts so far.

there is good quality audience video from NYC 2006-05-12 and good quality audience audio from Madrid 2006-05-25. you can find that one from Madrid on youtube I think and check if it's worth getting (both are really worth getting in my opinion)

I know.  Undecided

I think it's just a hard live song that needs more practice. Estranged was also very rough live in the beginning.

Axls voice is fine in that one but the sound is fucked up i think its just that theres no bass at all and you can barly hear the guitars until the solo. It actually sounds like someone recorded it through there cell phone Undecided I dont know but i guess i shouldn't complain

If it's playing through your Itunes try messing with your EQ

the NY version of TWAT is better, Axl's voice is much better on that one. it is a hard song to do live, but I'm sure Axl was just having a "so-so" day, he can pull it off no problem

In all honestly the New York one isn't that bad. It's like people said, it was their first time playing it and that song would have to be one of the hardest new songs that Axl has sang in a long time.

I thought Ron did a great job on the outro solo ( if he did play it) considering he only joined the band a week b/f those shows.

Just think back to when Axl, Slash and the boys first ever performed November rain, if I recall I think they might have rehearsed that song once or twice.  To quote Slash, " that's was a curve ball", but after a while the boys perfected that song. Now I realize the vocals are nowhere as difficult as TWAT but just give Axl time and he'll get it down.

He did it with "Better" and I'm sure he'll do it TWAT.

Thanks for the upload,

DH
