Of all the songs that have been leaked or played live, which ones have been confirmed by the band to be on the new album?

Silkworms.
I figured you'd say that.
At this point, you know as much as we do. Better, the Blues, Madagascar, IRS, TWAT, CD, are all pretty much confirmed. CITR is pretty possible. Oh My God is kind of possible. Silkworms and Rhiad are pretty much not gonna be on there IMHO.

^yeah right ?
(on jackamo)
better, TWAT, IRS, the blues, CD and madagascar these ones who have been played live and kinda confirmed, some other were on a setlist on the official site and thoses were prostitute, if the world and rhiad
CITR was leaked but never played live, OMG has been released before, sebastian bach mentioned a song called sorry and that it was gonna be on CD but noone in the band has confirmed that, and i think silkworms are scrapped totally at least from CD's tracklist

OMG, Silkworms, and Rhiad won't be on the album imo. Although I would like to see Silkworms on there.
CITR most likely won't be on there either. Although i'd pay good money to convince them TO put it on there. That's a classic in the making. Great track.
Like everyone else said....
CD, The Blues, Madagascar, T.W.A.T., Better, and I.R.S., will all be on there. Some other rumored songs, such as Sorry, The General, If The World, might also make the album. That's just pure speculation on my part though. Actually this whole post is speculation, lol.?

Rhiad could be a kickass song with some raspy vocals and some better structure instead of the nasal performances from 2002.

Better. In on of the last concerts Axl said "I've been told to say that's from our upcoming album" or something like that before or after playing Better.

i know "sorry" is on there because when Axl had that listening party, Bach gave a little discription of the album and he said that there was this one song called "Sorry" that had Axl singing in a clean voice with the music sounding more like doom Metal. So i say "sorry" is going to be on there. I'd like to hear "prostitute" or "Checkmate" (some say its the same song). All this speculation is a good thing because we all know about 1/2 to a good 3/4 of the album. So this means that there will be another album after CHINESE DEMOCRACY and a nother after that. ?
Wasn't there a rumar or a statment said by Axl saying that there will be like three albums in three years or three albums in one year or somthing like that? I dont remember to be honest.
CHINESE DEMOCRACY HAS JUST BEGUN AND WILL LAST FOR YEARS TO COME

yes, I remember reading somewhere (maybe on here) that there were enough new tracks for at least 3 albums and there would be others to follow chinese democracy

True ... or maybe Chinese Democracy will be a 2-3 disc album.
I think we'll be given the true specifics of this masterpiece "soon".

I'd like Silkworms, Rhiad and OMG to be B-sides on the first 3 singles.

That'd be fuckin' awesome, and exactly what the fans would want after such a long wait since the last original album from GN'R. But I doubt it.
I think at this point, with all of the comments that have been made, CD will be a traditional single-album release.

I agree with you. And for me, nothing is "confirmed" until it is released.

That might be a cool look at how the "industrial" GNR, that never REALLY came to be, might have been. I liked OMG, and would like to see it put out in some way other than on that soundtrack.
