Do you think axl has contact with his former bandmates?

I have many bootleg albums and axl was always pissing Izzy off just before DTJ.
And now they are playing live together again!!! (by the way I love it...)

My opinion is that they are all still friends!

I guess axl must have given Izzy one  heartfelt apology, If they can come this far maybe a duff and slash frienship is possible.

I think it's a question of being civil vs. being friends, or even friendly.  Axl & Izzy?  Friends.  Axl & Sorum?  Civil.  Axl & Slash/Duff?  Not so much, at least at this point.

I'm sure he has, but mostly out of curiosity. I'm estranged with most of my family, and when I run into someone who has contact with them, I ask how they are doing. Do I care? No.

I'm sure Axl keeps in contact with Izzy, and possibly Brain & Paul, but that's about it imo.

Because of the rock world, these guys run in the same circles. It was bound to happen, and we knew the day would come. Eventually Axl is going to be at some party and be in the same room with one of them. It's just good that when Axl & Matt met each other they had a good talk, and put the water under the bridge, which is just good for closure more than anything else for both of them. But when it comes to Slash & Duff it'll be very interesting. Personally I think they will be butt kissers. He's that asshole now, but if they meet a party, they'll be like "hey buddy!"
