Pollstar is updated weekly, not daily...

that's why I pointed out that the pollstar chart was brought up here just a few days ago by chief. GNR was already second only to the who by several points then.
I know you did but would the majority of forum regulars go there before that knowing  fan boards like this and new official site and  ticketmaster site?

but my point is that being #1 on Pollstar doesn't "confirm" that this is true.  All this means is that the week GN'R's tour announced, more people clicked on their tour dates than any other bands tour dates.  This is about as reliable as using a poll on rollingstone.com to "prove" that GN'R is the greatest band of all time.

It is good that people are interested in the tour, but it's more important that it translates into ticket sales.

The demand usually reflects the public interest but yea, Point taken.  yes

It's awesome to see Guns at the #1 spot.
I can't wait for CD...we'll hopefully see them be #1 the first week of the Bilboard chart! beer

Guns N' Roses is a great band, but my point is that being #1 on Pollstar doesn't "confirm" that this is true.? All this means is that the week GN'R's tour announced, more people clicked on their tour dates than any other bands tour dates.? This is about as reliable as using a poll on rollingstone.com to "prove" that GN'R is the greatest band of all time.

It is good that people are interested in the tour, but it's more important that it translates into ticket sales.

its proves there is still huge intrest in guns n roses
