This is a black metal band that broke up (after only 1 album, sadly) because its singer was literally insane, and sent to an asylum. They're one of the most underrated black metal bands ever. I think they'll go down like Cynic as one of the greatest 1 album bands in extreme metal history.

Then again, they're from Sweden, and all the famous black metal bands are from Norway. They were just destined to be underrated.

Actually, Sweden's main contribution to metal has been in death metal, but their black metal (excluding Bathory, obviously) has really lagged behind Norway's. On the other hand, Norway's death metal doesn't even come close to Sweden's. Sleaze is biggest in Japan due to the Sex Machineguns alone.

There are so many musical rivalries that no one knows about.
