(Help) need small clip from dvd file

i need a few seconds from a dvd as a avi file. anyone can tell me how to do that?

Basically get some basic video editing software that can take out the slip you  want then save it as a .vob file (it should already be a vob file). Then get a vob to avi converter somewere if your editing software wont let you do it. Try limewire  for that kind of thing, or kazaa.

you can do what u wnat to do.. and then save it right to a .avi
