No they didn't always have them.  This is new to me.   I checked it a month ago I believe and the website has changed since then.

Calm down people, although the page has changed and some t-shirts added and some moved about, the Buckethead t-shirts were there before Donnington, as I looked on there for a shirt to wear for the gig.

I suspect they will keep all the t-shirts up there for which they still have stock!
