CD would make a good first single... y'no... the die hards will all expect Better... but the general fans are all familar with the name "CHINESE DEMOCRACY" so it'd already be familar but not... If you get what I mean... then hit 'em with Better for no. 2!

i dont think the 1st single is going to b one we've already heard, and its definately not going to be 'the blues', your right leo, the 1st single does need to slap them in the face, therefor a rocker should be the 1st single if management/axl had any sense

what we are saying is what the new single should be like.we know chinese democracy wont be the first single.but it needs to kick ass like chinese democracy.it needs to get the rock worlds attention when its released.

Standard industry marketing dictates that the kick to the gut rocker explodes outta the gate with the first single, followed by the ballad...GNR, however, have never been known to adhere to such rigid guidelines, so it'll be interesting to see what Axl wants to project as the 1st impression of the "new" band's material.

i dont think it will be something we've heard before, i mean if we've heard it before some people wont buy it, and im sure they will want it to sore in sales so im thinkin they will bring something new out as a single IF they bring the single out before the album, but to be honest i think they will release the single AFTER the album is released
