rightly so, that gig was ace even if the sound (the nec sound) wasnt to great, wish that was the MEN gig there sound is good

It was a great gig. I was a bit worried when Axl stopped during YCBM but all turned out well. The band really seemed to be having a great laugh with each other too. I even saw Merck (Gnr manager) singing along to some of the songs when he wasn't looking at his pager  hihi

I wonder if I'm in the minority with my thinking, but when he stopped YCBM I thought "Fucking ace, he's gonna have a go at someone". I never thought he wouldn't carry on.

Maybe I trust in the 'new' Axl more than most?

The band certainly gets an A for the overall way they handled themselves, they played almost 40 shows including those in nyc, and surpassed everyones expectations.

true but almost no mention of the outstanding band performance is made in this concert review.
Still yep, it's a fine and neat report. firstly this writer appears to have actually seen the show. yes
