i was watching the david spade show---though i had it on mute---listening to  guns and roses--and i saw he was making fun of axl and hilfiger--they showed a picture...

does anyone know what was said?

He called it something like "his favorite story ever" and said Axl told reporters that Tommy Hilfiger punched him in the "Eye-eye-eye-eye" an went into some of Sweet Child O Mine from there.

I think Spade likes Axl. I remember in 1995 on the Holiday Minute he was reporting on I think Brooke Shields getting a divorce and naming potential suitors. He got to Axl and said "Axl Rose. Good guy, but...where is he? Can't...find 'im..."

I like The Showbiz Show quite a bit and have last night's Tivo'd.  I'll be watching it tonight and I'll try to record the audio (if I feel like it).
