No, but I've met Chris in KC, which is his hometown.  I was at the KC Art Institute (specifically the Kemper Museum of Modern Art) yesterday, where Chris Pitman and Danny Carey from Tool cut their teeth as artists and musicians.

Was introduced, shook his hand, said hi, and that's it.  Believe it or not, Danny Carey and him are in the area during downtime quite often; and both do soundsystem work in the metro area/and in the state Capitol on the side.  Moreover,  both are graphic artsits and are involved with the Kansas City Art Institute, which is one of the best in the country (due to the Kemper family funding, and the huge graphic arts community here--Hallmark is headquarted in Kansas City).  My friend, who works at the downtown Streetside Records,  knows Chris well, and tells me funny anecdotes every now and then.  I know this, Chris was pumping this band back in 99-2000, telling the record store clerk (who also knows Stinson from Mats gigs in the KC area) that it was the most talented band he has ever been involved with, which say's much if one really digs into Pitman's past work.  He has been involved, in some capacity, with many great bands, in addition to Tool.
