Can anyone help me with taping from the web?

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN!

My band Red Top Matches are going to be played on a radio show called England Rocks on KRBS 107.1 FM, this Weds night from 10:00 PM to Midnight in California (Pacific Standard Time).

So for those of you in the UK it will be an early morning web cast from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM on Thursday morning. To listen to the web cast go the Jolly Roger link http://www.jollyrogerrocks.com then go to the KRBS 107.1 FM page and hit
the KRBS Bird.

 If anyone can figure out how to record this for me that woud be cool cause I have no idea!

mini disk player, plug *cant think of lead name* in, press record, records sound until you tell it to stop. dunno why people havent cottoned onto this idea on myspace lol.
