Hey,

Not sure if this has been posted.  If it has, have mercy on me.

Am I the only one that is appreciating the leaks that were played live better now after seeing/hearing them?

I'm listening to Robin's Solo durring TWAT and I can just picture him with the guitar getting all into it, and I am digging it a lot more now than I was before.

Same thing with Better.

i definitely am! good call.
personally i think bands are the best in the live setting. it may not be perfect or even close at times but it is raw and real and so much fun!

It is definately better to have like a visual image of the band rocking out to these.  Even like thinking about fortus' huge strums and tommy, brain, dizzy..... but most importantly pittman

Still can't replace bucket with bumblefoot though (visually in my head)

IRS was great live.  Axl was hitting some ridiculous notes, and that's a pretty tough song to sing.  Buckethead's almost superhuman precision and skill was missed, but Ron Thal is a very good player and presence.  Don't forget he only rehearsed for a week leading up to the concerts, he'll only get "Better" as time goes on  peace

They sounded even better live on the 15th and I am really into the new songs! I was singing my heart out to them and jumping around but everyone around me was very unsure what to make of the new songs. I definately like them even more after hearing them live but I guess the whole experience of the show is the reason, and not necessarily just how great they sounded.

Please everyone stop Patience bashing!! It was amazing!! Not to mention being a Classic. Great way to calm everyone down just before they leave too.

On the 15th , they did'nt play TWAT  for me so I can't speak on that -

Better sounded weaker vocally, but yes I can appreciate the Guitar work more after hearing it live, especially the heavy shit right in the middle

IRS sounded good live too, but I would remain the same on that one

Yes, I like the leaks even better after hearing them live. Better sounded huge live...and the TWAT vocals sounded like Axl was possessed. (sp?)
