Just on TV - some old GnR news - GnR sued K-Mart (well it is new news to me)

In 1991 GnR sued K-Mart after suffering serve anguish after noticing K-Mart selling 'toy drums with an image of Guns n'Roses' behind them.

Yeah just been watching it on Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Slash was actually a guest on the show a few years ago.


Anyways yeah I've never heard them sueing K-Mart over a image with them with a toy drum kit, sounds abit Diva-ish.
